James Flores

James is a Senior Instructor and former professional surfer with over 30 years of experience in performance, recovery, and surf conditioning. His training approach draws on body mechanics, intuitive movement, and personal experience to help you feel stronger from the inside out.

James’s training philosophy is holistic, empowering, and rooted in years of lived experience. His clients feel stronger, more resilient, and more at home in their bodies—whether they’re seasoned athletes or simply ready to get back into a wellness routine.

I worked with James to come up with workouts to strengthen and tone my body while I’m on the road as I travel a lot for work. I also wanted to get back into shape for skiing. The thing I find unique and great about James is he first seeks to understand what your needs are and no matter where you’re at on your journey he will customize a program that suits you needs while being sensitive to what is going on with your body. He is incredibly knowledgeable about how the body works, how to strengthen it in a safe way and get what you are ultimately looking for without brutal workouts. I also appreciated that he came up with exercises I can do with stretch bands versus weights as I dont  always have access to a gym while on the road. I highly recommend hiring James to help you get fit, stay fit and lead a healthy lifestyle.
